You may choose to cancel an order any time up to 14 days after you receive the goods. If you cancel before goods are dispatched, we will cancel the order at no additional cost to you. If you cancel after goods are dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the items in the condition they were received. If items are returned in a worse condition than received we may withhold a percent of the refund cost or refuse the return.
If you are returning goods to us after dispatch please note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. This does NOT apply if the goods were faulty, or sent by us in error.
Items which are damaged or otherwise faulty (such as missing pieces, incorrect manuals) can be resolved with our customer service team on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your product and can help in either helping with a full refund or replacement, or getting directly in contact with the manufacturer on your behalf.
